Managed a team of 7 people to develop a physical and digital version of an original D&D-lite game within a 6-month project deadline

Utilized Scrum framework to oversee production/sprint planning, team-meetings & check-ins, sprint reviews, and project scoping

Directed and led the team through each development deadline, meeting the criteria for each sprint goal and improving the workflow allowing us to deliver significant milestones during development with additional content
Agile Scrum
Utilized Agile principles and Scrum framework to create an iterative 8 Sprint production plan with development team. Bi-weekly Sprints working to complete specific tasks, milestones, and deliverables and allowing the project to be completed within a timely matter
Custom Waterfall Sprints
Incorporated waterfall methods for each sprint. A mid-way between Scrum and Waterfall production that improves on flexibility but also allows the team to hone-in on scope and a step by step process to meet the Sprint deadline
Team Management
Employed the use of multiple platforms to manage team meetings, scheduling, and assignments. Monitored progress between each department and fostered communication between all members all the while taking notes on feedback and reports from both team members and playtests
